In the warm summer evenings, dinner is served in the courtyard
watching the sun go down and the stars come out. We pride ourselves on
our excellent dinners lovingly and expertly prepared by Konrad who trained
as a professional chef in his native Austria. |

We use fresh produce from our organic garden and the
local markets. Our menus are well balanced, delicious and plentiful. We consider it a pleasure to introduce you to some of the famous local dishes, as well as some of our popular house specialities such as Chestnut Soup, or our irresistible Walnut Wine Sabayon. We can help with any particular dietary requirement you may have and you won’t miss out on the treats. Dinner is served traditionally “en famille” around the one table where you can get to know the other guests and exchange views on the day’s experiences over a glass or two of our very pleasant house wine. A chance to practice your French or German, American or Australian! Most of our guests are English speaking so table conversation is easy and relaxing. |
